Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalized shoes.

  • Made-to-order products manufactured according to customer specifications.

  • Clearance, sale, or discounted items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items damaged due to improper use, wear and tear, or customer negligence.

Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Clear photographs showing the defect or damage.

After review, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

Once production has begun, custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
