- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order
- Custom orders enter production only after confirmation and payment approval
4. Custom Orders Policy
- Custom-made shoes are non-cancellable once production starts
- Refunds are only available if the product is defective or incorrect
- Customer is responsible for providing accurate sizing and details
5. Pricing & Payment
- Prices may change without notice
- We are not responsible for pricing errors
- Payments are securely processed via third-party gateways
- We do not store payment card details
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates only
- Delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, or external factors
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or force majeure events
7. Returns & Refunds
